SPEC .............Price £ 390

FRAME -7005 Alloy, aero downtube, black anodised finish
FORK - Carbon composite including steerer.
WHEELS - REAR Black Rigida Flyer double wall section aero rims with 8 speed true cassette hub and black spokes. FRONT as rear with formula hub, both wheels quick release.
TYRES - Michilin Orium red lined 700 23c.
CRANKS - Formula alloy cranks with 52 / 42 detachable steel chainrings.
CHAIN - 8 speed Shimano compatible.
CASSETTE - Shimano 8 speed 13 - 26
PEDALS - alloy road pedals with toeclips and straps fited - optional SPD.
REAR MECH - Shimano Sora.
FRONT MECH -Shimano Sora (braze on type due to aero downtube)
BRAKES - Alloy double pivot road brake arches.

Mountain Bikes Converted to Road Bikes

These are intermediate priced road bikes built generally with light aluminium secondhand MTB frames and medium priced components.
I sell these bikes to commuters and leisure cyclists wanting to try road cycling at much lower cost than a drop bar road bike or a fully new alloy framed / carbon fork custom bike.
These lightweight bikes perform brilliantly, have wide gearing range with good top speed and great hill climbing ability.
These bikes are fully customised to the users requirements around my own conversion formula.
They are generally sold with my home built narrow 700mm road wheels (Ritchey rims and stainless steel spokes) with red Michilin Orium 23mm tyres.
